饺子馅儿怎么调才好吃？

说到饺子相信很多人都十分爱吃，而且制作起来也很方便放在冰箱里也可以保存很久，那怎么调饺子馅儿呢？

首先一、猪肉韭菜馅饺子。1.将准备好的韭菜洗干净，然后把水沥干全部切成韭菜末备用，2.将猪肉剁成肉馅儿再加上一点酱油、花椒油和姜末，然后搅拌均匀。3.把韭菜末和猪肉放在一起加盐和香油搅拌均匀。如果想要猪肉吃起来更嫩一点饺子馅儿不容易散的话也可以往里面打一个鸡蛋顺时针方向搅拌就可以了。

二、什锦素馅饺子。首先需要准备口菇一斤，胡萝卜一斤、香菜五根、嫩玉米少许、生姜一块。1.先把口菇洗干净切碎，胡萝卜切成细丝挤干水分，香菜切成末装，嫩玉米用开水焯一下，生姜剁成细末，2.把口菇放在炒锅里面用油炒一下，再加几滴生抽调味。3.把这些所有原料放在一个大盆里搅拌均匀，加盐、糖、花椒粉即可。
